✅ It's Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis In simple words, it's the series of little activities that make up our day, such as cooking, cleaning or maybe walking while talking on our phones.
✅ Such actions can burn upto 20% of our daily calories.
🚫 Don't expect to lose weight by working out for 1 hour and then sitting at your desk from 9 to 5 with minimal movements.
✅ Try to always be more active!
