Another Friday another chill ride. After today’s ride, I’m feeling some pain in my knee. I think I’ll need a few days of rest, the knee joint is hurting quite a lot after today’s ride. 😅🚴‍♂️

গতকাল এর রাইডের একটা গোল ছিলো যে ৩ ঘন্টায় ৭০ কিলোমিটার দিবো, কিন্তু প্রচন্ড গরম আর হেড উইন্ড থাকায় সেটা সম্ভব হয় নাই, অ্যাভারেজ ২৩/২৪ রাখলে পারা যেতো কিন্তু আমার ছিলো ২০। যাইহোক পরেরবার ইনশাল্লাহ চেষ্টা করব। পুবাইল, নাগরীর রুট আসলেই অনেক সুন্দর।
