Simple meals made with real ingredients — all **gluten-free & lactose-free**, while still balanced, nourishing, and satisfying.

Just because I’m on a ski vacation doesn’t mean my nutrition changes drastically.
I keep things simple, balanced, and familiar – with a few smart additions for extra energy on the slopes.

🍫 **Daily must-have:** a homemade date energy bar during skiing
🍽️ **The rest:** pretty much my regular, nourishing meals

**What’s on my plate in this collage:**
• Pasta with veal
• Rice with peas, carrots & chicken
• Marble cake (because balance 😉)

Living an active, healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be complicated — and neither does the food that supports it. Most of my meals are homemade, gluten-free, dairy-free, and prepared with simple, natural ingredients. Quick to make, balanced, and perfect for staying energized through the day. 💪🌱

Here are some of my recent favorites from the kitchen:
