IUS Wolves are proud to announce that Amar Balić has extended his contract with the club and will remain a part of our team for the upcoming season.

Since arriving at IUS Wolves, Amar has proven to be an important presence both on and off the court. His leadership, experience, and ability to control the tempo of the game have made him one of the key figures within our roster.
A seasoned point guard with extensive experience in both Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad, Amar built a significant part of his professional career in Italy, competing for several clubs across the country's competitive basketball system. Following his return to Bosnia and Herzegovina, he continued to establish himself as a reliable and respected playmaker through successful spells with KK Vogošća, KK Kakanj, and KK Igman Burch.

His professionalism, basketball IQ, and commitment to the team's success have made him a valuable asset to our organization. By extending his stay, the club retains an experienced leader whose presence will continue to play an important role in the development and ambitions of the team.
We are delighted to continue our cooperation with Amar and look forward to another season together.

Frontcourt Leader Stays: Memić Extends Contract

IUS Wolves are pleased to announce that Enis Memić has extended his contract with the club and will continue to wear our colors in the upcoming season.

Since joining the team, Enis has proven to be one of the most important players on our roster. His experience, physical presence, rebounding ability, and versatility on both ends of the floor have made him a key contributor to the team's success.

A Bosnian-Herzegovinian forward/center standing at 205 cm, Memić brings a wealth of experience gained throughout his career in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the United States. Having developed through OKK Spars, continued his basketball journey at St. Louis Christian Academy and Missouri Southern State University, and later competed for clubs such as KK Bosna and KK Igman Burch Ilidža, he has established himself as one of the most reliable frontcourt players in the country.
During the 2025/26 season, Enis was among the team's standout performers, averaging 15 points and 9 rebounds per game, while consistently providing leadership, energy, and stability on the court.

By extending his contract, the club retains an important piece of its core as preparations continue for the challenges ahead. Enis' quality, experience, and commitment will remain invaluable as we pursue our objectives in the seasons to come.

It is with deep sadness that we received the news of the passing of Edin Avdić, one of the most recognizable sports journalists and commentators in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the wider region. His voice, knowledge, and passion for basketball inspired generations of sports fans and left an indelible mark on sports journalism.

Edin Avdić was more than an outstanding commentator. He was a true sports enthusiast, a man who brought emotion, energy, and a unique spirit to every broadcast through his words. His contribution to the promotion of basketball and sport will remain permanently etched in the history of Bosnian and Herzegovinian sports.

IUS Wolves sa zadovoljstvom objavljuje da je Tarik Smajović potpisao novi dvogodišnji ugovor sa klubom.

Tarik važi za jednog od najperspektivnijih igrača svoje generacije, a svojim radom, posvećenošću i kontinuiranim napretkom potvrdio je da predstavlja važan dio budućnosti našeg kluba.

Iako je već imao važeći ugovor do kraja sezone 2026/27, klub je donio odluku da produži saradnju i dodatno osigura dugoročnu budućnost jednog od svojih najtalentovanijih igrača. Ova odluka odraz je povjerenja koje imamo u Tarikov razvoj, kao i uvjerenja da tek predstoje njegove najbolje godine na terenu.
