Full day of vacation eating đ€
This is how I like to structure vacation! Wake up, hit some fasted cardio, crush a workout then follow with all clean food throughout the day followed by an off meal for dinner! Now on a 7 day vacation I wonât be doing that daily lol. So we have 3 dinners booked, so will go one day full clean, one day all clean + dinner âoff planâ and back and forth!
This really helps from over doing it and helps me focus on hitting my protein goal everyday and moving my macros around throughout the day when knowing Iâll have a higher fats / carb meal for dinner!
When I get back home, back to one cheat meal a week but on vacation (2-3 times a year) this is how I like to structure things to have a good balance!
