ce. STAND UP PADDLEBOARD "SUP" - Great fun! The best boards! Our staff will give you all the instruction needed. KAYAK, PEDAL BOAT & SNORKELING - Waterside fun. Rent a kayak, pedal boat and/ or snorkeling gear and go explore. SUP YOGA - We teach beginners as well as more advanced students, 6 to 70+ years old. A progressive class. It could be as challenging as you want, will cover warriors on the knees as well as standing warriors. A way to connect with nature and fully focus on body, mind and breath. SUP BODY FIT - A fitness class on a stand up paddle board. Work on your core muscles, arms and legs. Allow us to take you to the next physical work out level. It's basically boot camp!
