A Farewell to Our Original Lights, A New Chapter Begins💫
Today, our original light stands, first installed if we’re not mistaken in 1978, came down after proudly illuminating our beloved field for around 48 years.
For generations of players, coaches, supporters, and families, these lights were more than just poles and bulbs. They lit countless matches, training sessions, celebrations, and memories. Many who once played under these lights are sadly no longer with us, but their memories and contributions to our club will always remain a part of this field.
While today marks the end of an era, it also marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter. New improvements, new opportunities, and a brighter future are on the horizon for our club.
Although the light stands are gone, their foundations will remain forever buried beneath our field, a lasting reminder of the history, passion, and community that built this club.
