The Riverina Murray President’s Cup competition was played at West Wyalong over the weekend.
There were six sides of sixteen players competing and each side played against the other five sides.
The side from the Wagga area were the winners. They won four of their five games and had an overall margin of 79 shots. The Southern Riverina side also won four games and had a margin of 65 shots.
The South Western side who were the winners in 2025 finished 4th with just two wins and two significant losses.

Thursday there were two very close games and one with a big winning margin.
Stuart Freudenstein and Jill Rosen won their game 32–13. Harold Anderson and Cliff Traynor won their game 18–17 and Albert Carter and Denis Rosen scored one shot on an extra end for a 22–21 win.

All bowlers are asked to check the notice boards for information regarding the following events: Bing Wallder Shield, Riverina Murray Shield, Young Turnaround Triples Tournament on 23rd September, Teams of Three afternoon on 13th September.
