Prodigy personal training has been in the fitness industry for many years with a huge background in many sports. Focusing on muscle Hypertrophy, strength and conditioning, metabolic enhancement to name a few have tried and tested a lot of effective methods so we know what works. Also worked with pre/post natial as well as kids and junior development in sports, through to adult sports athletes in many sports.

Goals set 7 weeks ago to diet down. Worked back from the date and where I needed to be.
From 108-99kg the first time being there in under 13 years. Purpose simple wanted to set a task that required consistency and something that can’t lie which is a number on the scale.

Other markers I wanted to achieve is good healthy body fat% without killing my soul with any extreme calorie deficit, not sacrificing any training performance and making sure blood work all stayed good across the board.
Still enjoyed a good burger or 2 each week ;)

How I did this was simple.
5 days a week training plan 4 training my hybrid training program which consisted of only 1 (cardio) day which was met con! Why because I fkn love it and testing the brain and body with stingers is far more fun then l*d (long slow distance) cardio in my opinion.

Been plenty of big changes in life over the last 12 months and hard work is paying off.
Now the goal is to enjoy it and let the hard work pay off.

End of the 3rd week of my cut.
Goal 100kg and be 10% currently sitting 103kg fasted

Daily macros
Protein: 263g
Carbs: 300g
Fats: 83g
Training sessions 4 hybrid sessions 1 agility and Metcon
Steps roughly 10k just in daily activity not doing any extra cardio.

Still enjoying burger and feeling good at the half way point and already down a lot just by tracking everything.
