Shane dropped 14kg and got lean in 16 weeks πŸ”₯

Shane started working with Team MRF at the beginning of this year.

He had a solid home gym setup and was keen to get the most out of his training.

Like most of our clients, his goals were to shed body fat, build muscle, get stronger and leaner.

We organised a consultation and put together a game plan to get Shane lean using our core principles:

βœ… Structured strength training program using Shane's home gym

βœ… Moderate calorie deficit for fat loss using a flexible dieting approach (i.e. be flexible with food choices provided we can hit calorie and protein targets)

βœ… High protein intake to promote muscle growth during weight loss

βœ… Daily support and accountability from Coach Phil and the MRF Team

Now, 16 weeks later, Shane has dropped 14kg, packed on muscle and is looking leanπŸ”₯

Tracking calories can be a pain.

But, you know what's a MUCH bigger pain?

Trying hard to eat healthy but making no progress.

If you've never tracked before, do it for 1 month as a learning experience.

After that month, you'll know WAY more about nutrition and your ability to get results without tracking will be much greater.

Fabs joined Team MRF just a couple of months ago.

He was already experienced in the gym but wanted to take his physique to the next level πŸ’ͺ

We organised a consultation and put together a game plan to get Fabs lean using our core principles:
