🏓Come & Try Table Tennis!🏓
It support mobility, coordination, cognitive function and social connection.
When: Monday 14 September, 10am to 12pm.
Where: Yeppoon Tennis Clubhouse in Cooee Bay.
Free. All equipment provided. No experience required.
Can't make it but interested? Please comment or message to let us know! If enough interest, we may start regular sessions!

Chrisney Street Road Closed Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th August
What’s Happening
Livingstone Shire Council will be completing a driveway redo on the Chrisney Street access to parking area between Tennis and Pickleball Courts
Parking Options
• Matthew Flinders Drive Carpark open to all members and visitors
• Chrisney Street (very limited)
o No Parking Zone on side closest to Crocs field
o Please keep all driveways clear if parking on the street

🏓 Table Tennis Update 🏓
From this coming Wednesday (22 April), there will be two sessions each Wednesday:
- Social Hit & Spin between 6pm and 7.30pm.
- Fixtures between 7.30pm and 9pm.
The costs will be $5 for one or both sessions for YTC members, $8 for non-members.
Booking and payment for the sessions will be made through the OpenSports app.
If you are only planning to attend the fun/social hit session, please book the Social Hit & Spin session.
If you are planning to participate in fixtures, with or without attending the earlier fun/social hit session, please book the Fixtures session.
Thank you for your support to-date, and hope to see you on Wednesday nights.

Tennis Pizza Party on Thursday, 19 March 2026!!! Come join us for a fun afternoon of tennis followed by some Pizza and a chat about the clubs vision and roadmap of the future, and what you want to see at tennis - sessions etc.

Schedule
• 5:00-6:30 play some tennis
• 6:30-7:00 pizza and drinks in the club house
• 7:00-8:30 Info sharing session (clubs vision, 2026 roadmap, update on facilities, programs, tournaments, etc)

The opening round of the Central Qd 69 Junior tennis players competeld JDS (Junior Development Series) was held in Yeppoon over the weekend.

Despite a rainy start, we ha over the two days with players coming from all over the region.

The Yeppoon players represented our club with pride & respect coming away with some fantastic results;

A huge thank you to all volunteers from Yeppoon Tennis club who made it down to the Aussie Day beach Tennis promotion.
It was very popular with the members of the public who had a hit with lots of families expressing interest in what we do at the club. Hard to single anyone out but a special mention to Julie Bankier and Ashanti, who turned out for the morning and evening sessions in what were very trying conditions. Also heartening to have two of our tennis juniors, Mikuni and Hannah who both worked very hard, and are a credit to their club and families. Thanks again to everyone who attempted somehow to control the chaos in very challenging conditions, ie damn hot.
