It’s been a hot minute since we’ve run a pole dance class so we’re very excited for these workshops!

Physipole Studios Rockhampton

Please note that this is a dance class and no pole tricks or inverts will be required, we will have different options throughout the choreography so you can choose the best level to suit you but generally this is a high-beginner level dance class.

Our classes ask that you take your headphones off and connect with the people around you.

Our classes are taught by humans, created and choreographed fresh by humans each and every time they run.

Each class is that instructors personal creativity, joy and passion. It’s not mass produced, it’s made just for you.

Our classes are raw and messy, instructors que weird things sometimes, forget the chorey, and have the whole class in laughter on accident.

Our classes are just life happening in real time, real people, real connection, real fun!
