Everyone has different goals in the gym, and today Vicky absolutely smashed one of hers! ❤️

12 months ago, with her knee injury, Vicky wouldn’t have even considered getting on the elliptical. But week after week, she’s been getting stronger, building confidence and proving what her body can do.

Today she set herself a goal of 15 minutes on the elliptical… and SMASHED IT! 💪🔥

Vicky, I see you. I see the work you’re putting in, and you’re doing amazing things!
