Pilates with Helen I am a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer. I teach Mat Pilates and Reformer. I offer 1 on 1 Personal Training on the Pilates Reformer at my home studio.

If the conditions are not suitable, we will do a Standing Tone and Pilates with resistance bands at
