We’ve listened to your feedback 🙌 and made some exciting updates to our weekly classes with .by.lize
Due to popular demand, Hybrid and Lower Body Strength classes will now run twice per week 💥 alongside our regular Strength sessions and Saturday morning Bootcamp.
Here’s everything you need to know:
