🐴 TIM O’BRIEN CLINIC – THIS WEEKEND 🐴

A few details for everyone coming along to the Tim O’Brien Clinic this weekend:

🕣 Starting at 8:30am each day

🍴 Lunch will be provided both days.

☕️ Water, tea & coffee will be provided throughout the weekend. Please BYO any other drinks you would like.

🏕 CAMPING
Unpowered camping is available at the venue. Please bring your own yard panels or tape yards for your horses.

🥓 SUNDAY MORNING
Bacon & egg rolls will be provided for everyone camping.

🍻 FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER
I’ve booked a table at the Yark Pub for dinner tonight (Friday) for anyone who would like to come along.

Please let Shantelle know if you’d like to join us so I can make sure we have enough seats booked for everyone. 😊

Hi everyone 😊

Unfortunately, due to the weather conditions and not quite getting the minimum numbers required, we’ve had to make the decision to cancel Brook Hazlett’s clinic next weekend.

Everyone who has nominated has been emailed & will receive a full refund.

We’re really disappointed we can’t go ahead, but with the weather and conditions at the venue, we feel cancelling is the best option.

We do still have the Tim O’Brien Clinic & Practice Show on 29th & 30th August, which is another great opportunity if you’d like to attend. Nominations for this one are closing soon, so make sure you get yours in if you’re interested.

🎉 Congratulations Adrian Ireland – VRCHA Vice President! 🎉

We’re very pleased to announce that Adrian Ireland has stepped up into the role of Vice President of the VRCHA.

Adrian has already been a valuable member of our committee, always willing to contribute, support the club and help out wherever needed. We’re really pleased to see him take on this new role and look forward to having him continue working alongside the committee as Vice President.

Committee Position Available – Vice President

We’d like to let everyone know that our Vice President, Bec Sinclair, has stepped down from the role. We’d like to thank Bec for her time and contribution to the VRCHA Committee and wish her all the best.

As a result, the position of Vice President is now vacant. In accordance with our committee process, nominations are now open and will remain open for one week.

If you’re a current VRCHA member and would like to nominate for the position, please send us a message or email [email protected] before nominations close.

If more than one nomination is received, the committee will vote in accordance with our constitution.
