Xmas Hours!
The gym will be closed on the public holidays 25 & 26 December and 1 January.
27 - 29 the gym will be open limited hours.
9.00 - 11.00am
4.00 - 7.00pm

Thursday evening Circuit classes will resume on Thursday 13 October. Classes will be limited to 7 participants.
Cost, $40.00 block of 4 Classes. $15.00 Casual.

Classes are Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am and 6.30pm.
Classes limited to 8 participants per session.
