Your own little Yoga Eat Pray Love in a weekend.
When was the last time you had an entire weekend dedicated to you? Join us for our Winter Solstice Yoga Reset Retreat, 20โ21 June near Yass, come one day or two.
I think our bodies hold far more than our minds are aware of.
We tell ourselves we're stiff because we sit too much. Because we work at a desk. Because we're getting older. Because we haven't stretched enough.
And yes, that's part of the story, but I don't think it's the whole story.
Over the years I've watched people walk into yoga carrying far more than tight hips and sore shoulders.
They're usually carrying a lot of invisible things. Stress.
Responsibility. Grief. Pressure.
The constant feeling of having to hold everything together.
Sometimes they don't even realise how much they're carrying until they have a moment when it can stop. Then something shifts.
Their breathing slows down, their shoulders drop and their face softens.
Their body finally gets the message that it's safe to let go.
That's what I love most about yoga.
Not just the physical transformation, although that's incredible to witness.
It's watching people come back home to themselves.
Week after week.
A little more mobility, a little more strength. A little more confidence, a little more ease.
I see it all the time in our students.
Someone who couldn't touch their toes now moving so much more freely.
Someone who arrived stressed and overwhelmed now laughing with friends after class.
Someone who came for a sore back and stayed because of how they felt afterwards.
That's why I love retreats.
Because what normally happens over months can begin to happen over a single weekend free from the usual routines.
A weekend where we open up and re-align our bodies and with precise and specific Hot Yoga and Mary Jarvis Yoga ShapeShifting drills. And then tune deeply into ourselves with Yin, Breathwork, Meditation and Energetic Reset sessions.
A weekend on our property near Yass, surrounded by beautiful countryside, good people, campfires, horses and space to breathe.
A chance to reflect on where you've been, reconnect with where you're going, and maybe let go of something you've been carrying for far too long.
But because you finally have released tension in your body and have enough space to hear yourself again.
We've got a beautiful group gathering already for our Winter Solstice Yoga Reset on 20โ21 June with guest teacher Yoga with Jayson and friend's.
I have a feeling this is going to be a special one. We have a beautiful group forming. Come for a day or come for the weekend from just $149. Limited places available.
If your body is quietly whispering, "I need this," send me a message and I'll send you the details and answer any of your questions.
