If you didn’t know, two of our men’s teams have made it to finals!

We’ve got an exciting weekend ahead ‼️ this Saturday is a game at Bundoora, we’ll be there, cheering our boys on and selling baked goods and drinks. Come support and scream your hearts out. Let’s give our Redbacks/teckers the love and support they deserve.

COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS FOR 2027 IS NOW OPEN ‼️🚨
Tell your friends, family and neighbours 📞🎤

If you want to get more involved with the club, have your say on decisions, vibes and events or add some extra curricular activities to your resume, here’s your chance ✨

Open to all, with so many ways to get involved. This is the perfect opportunity for those to enhance / gain new skills, get to know your club and shape 2027 to make it our best year yet 🎉

Or if you believe someone has the skills or ambition to be a committee member, nominate them! Or if you think a past committee member killed it in their role, nominate them! If you have any questions, reach out 🧡

Round 16–17 is dedicated to Men’s Mental Health 💙

On Wednesday, we wore blue to show our support and commitment to breaking the stigma surrounding men’s mental health. Together, we stand in support of those who may be struggling and encourage everyone to reach out for help when they need it.

We also took part in a guided meditation session. A simple but powerful tool to support mental wellbeing by focusing on our breathing and activating the body’s “rest and recover” response.

Some of the men in our club also shared what helps them look after their mental health, what makes them feel supported, and what gets them through difficult times. We know these conversations aren’t always easy, but no one should have to face them alone.

As this is also a medal round, let’s continue to support one another, play with respect and fairness, and remember that the way we treat ourselves and those around us can make a real difference.

If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to someone you trust or seek support from one of the many mental health services available. 💙🕷️
