Happy Father’s Day to all the gorgeous Dad’s out there!

We have so many wonderful Dads who train with us now and over the years. Often coming along with mum to try one of our workouts, very quickly realising we are not an aerobics class, and these workouts are challenging to the max. It’s often a little 30 mins of the day when they can switch off, like us mums do in class, from the pressures of parenting.

It’s also creating the best impression for their kids and showing them that exercise isn’t a time to dread, but something to look forward to and that our members want to do!

THE HARDEST 30 MINUTES…AND SOMEHOW THE MOST RELAXING 😂

This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating all the incredible dads—and mums—who train with us.

Because being a parent is AMAZING…but let’s be honest, it’s also HARD 😂

The daycare & school runs. The lunches. The washing. The work. The dinners nobody eats. The questions that begin the second you sit down. And hearing “Muuuum” or “Daaad” approximately 847 times a day.

Somehow, the hardest workout of your day can also be the most relaxing 30 minutes of it!

It’s time to switch off, turn the music up, have a laugh, work hard and do something for YOU—with no one asking you for a snack halfway through.

We’re incredibly lucky to have so many amazing mums and dads in our community—including our awesome coaches. They train for their physical health, their mental health, more energy and the chance to show up as the strongest and happiest version of themselves for the people they love most.

What a kick off to Thursday, and day 4 of the challenge! Our 6:15am crew bringing the energy for Hyrox Express, which is now also Thursday nights, 6:30pm, join us this evening!

A little update on HIIT Factory ambassador Charlotte Mcshane Triathlete on her 70.3 yesterday! Those conditions were nuts! Choppiest of choppy swims and 50km ph gusts on the bike and run. Jeez! Amazing tenacity!

Our hybrid sessions have been so good! We’ve got a crew locked in for Deadly Dozen Australia | Fitness Race 19th September (in Newport!!!! 😍) and Hyrox December In Melbs! All of our sessions will make you perform better in these races, but these specific longer ones will take you next level! Last night’s small but powerhouse crew getting it done on a Friday arvo! Melbourne turned on the weather, thank goodness lol, winter running is hard!
If you want to give fitness racing a go, get involved, peeps! All levels welcome, we’ve got a great experienced team to help you and thee most lovely, kind and helpful (and badass strong!) community of members!
