Against The Grain Mobile Personal Training Fully qualified PT with a Diploma in Fitness, CPR & First Aid whilst studying Exercise Science and Anatomy and Physiology.

I offer 1-on-1 personal training, group training, weight training, aerobic/cardio training, outdoor exercise sessions, run club & weight loss programs focusing on aerobic/anaerobic, strength & conditioning, functional training and plyometric exercises. All necessary workout equipment provided to the client's preferred location - whether that be at their house, the park, or even my home. Wherever y
