Dolphin Kidz learn to swim levels

Level 1: Penguins 🐧
-safety slide entry
-face and eyes in, blows bubbles for 5 seconds
-5m kick and paddle on noodle with eyes in and bubbles
-assisted back star fish float 8 seconds
-confident monkey walks
-Humpty Dumpty with assisted return to wall and climb out
-climb out of pool unassisted

Level 2: Turtles 🐢
-5m front kick with kickboard
-5m back kick with kickboard
-5m kick and paddle unassisted with eyes in and bubbles
-paddle and kick 5m, then roll to back star fish float, 5 seconds unassisted
-Humpty Dumpty with independent return to wall and climb out
-retrieve object from bottom of pool with assistance

Level 3: Seals 🦭
-glide rocket with correct body position
-kicking rocket with correct body position
-freestyle arms on kick board, eyes down with bubbles, breathing on 3rd arm
-front and back kicking with kickboard unassisted for length of pool
-confident jump in from side, paddle and kick to other side of pool, climb out unassisted
-star fish float unassisted 10 seconds
-retrieve object from bottom of the pool independently

Level 4: Dolphins 🐬
-increasing distance of rocket kicks and glides
-kicking on back unassisted without board
-catch up freestyle with bilateral breathing
-backstroke arms with kick board on knees
-breatstroke kick with correct technique
-butterfly kick with correct technique
-retrieve objects from bottom of pool unassisted
-basic crouch dive

Level 5: Super fish 🐠
-strong catch up freestyle with correct technique increasing endurance and distance
-backstroke with correct technique increasing endurance and distance
-breastroke with correct timing of arms and kick
-butterfly with correct timing of arms and kick
-crouch dive with correct technique (full dive if pool is deep enough)
-retrieving multiple items off bottom of pool

Accepting enrolments for private swimming lessons in your own pool. 5 learn to swim levels and 2 mini squad levels for kids of all ages. Adult classes available. Covering Yarrabilba, Logan Village, Jimboomba, Flagstone and surrounds. Tuesday and Friday mornings & all day Saturday
