💙❄️ BIG FREEZE 2026 WRAP UP ❄️💙
A couple of weeks ago, our club was proud to be part of another incredible Big Freeze event, and what a result it was.
Together, our community raised an amazing $53,000 for MND research and support services.
This total included:
🔹 $28,000 raised by our dunkers
🔹 $11,000 from the silent auction
🔹 $17,500 in merchandise
These figures are a reflection of the generosity, passion and community spirit that make events like this so special.
On behalf of the Yankalilla Netball Club, thank you to everyone who contributed. Whether you donated, purchased merchandise, bid in the auction, volunteered your time or simply came along to support the day, you played a part in this fantastic result.
A special thank you to the dunkers who put themselves forward and worked tirelessly to raise funds, our sock sponsors for their support, and to the Yankalilla Football Club, McLaren Vale Netball Club and McLaren Districts Football Club for helping make the event such a success.
As a community club, we are incredibly proud to be involved in an event that brings people together for a cause that impacts so many families. The support shown throughout the day was a wonderful reminder of what can be achieved when communities unite behind something bigger than themselves.
