When people say “it no one’s business how often I train or how much I eat”!!!
If you are paying a personal trainer, it is their business and if they encourage excessive calorie reduction and training, they aren’t doing it for your health!!! They’re doing it for them, to post your results so they can encourage to sign up with them!!
Slow and steady wins the race, if you have slowly put on 10kg or 20kg over a period of 5 years, you aren’t going to lose that and keep it off in 3 months!!
Your Personal Trainers job is to guide, educate and motivate you to managing your own health and fitness, with correct exercise ex*****on!!
Unless they have undertaken a course in Nutrition, they can only make suggestions on your food, they shouldn’t encourage a dramatic calorie loss
You may get results from a bad Personal Trainer, but the only long term result you will get are endocrine issues, poor body image and feeling like you can only manage your health by paying them 🤷🏼♀️
Just train consistently, eat mindfully (what we put in our body we get out of it) and educate yourself!! Ask questions, if your calories have been drastically reduced (in excess of 500 per day) ask why???
Get what you are paying for from your Personal Trainer!
