🎉 On Saturday we held our special, fun social Club Bowls Pairs Competition - Divorced Pairs.
It is a competition of Mixed Pairs where you are not allowed to enter in with your current life partner! You MUST “divorce” them for the day! :D
Our bowlers had another great day on the bowling greens with lots of laughs and of course A LOT of competitive spirit!

Well done everyone and biggest congrats to:
🥈Margo & Colin for second place and
🏆ANGEL & DIXIE for winning the Divorced Pair title for this season.

Angel is one of our young, new social bowlers and we had couple of more newbies entering this great competition, so that was awesome to see🎉👏

Thank you everyone that helped organising and running the day and greenkeepers for making sure our greens and all the equipment are ready to go.
None of the many bowling activities at the Club would exist without the awesome volunteers and we are grateful for each and every one of you! 👏🏼

🎉Our own John O’Brien was in Adelaide visiting family and he also played in the SA Masters Games over 3 days.
On day 3 John won a gold medal in the triples with some people he had just met there for the comp!

How awesome is that!

Well done everyone that played this season and contributed to this success.

So many great bowls played and good camaraderie and cheeky banter on every rink!

🎉 What an amazing day on our bowling green today for Club’s Championship Singles!!
Well done everyone. We watched so many good quality bowls.

In ladies finals great game between Temiel and Jodie.
🏆 Huge congratulations to Jodie Nikolic on her Women’s Club Singles Championship title for 2026! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Men played quarterfinals first and then pointy end of the competition where in semifinals we saw: Wayne Evans vs Brody Dix and Anthony Passeretto vs Callum Arnold.

Wayne and Callum got to the finals and played an amazing game where Callum Arnold came out as a winner of the Men’s Singles Club Champion title!
