The Gold Coast T100 — what an experience. 🌊✨
There’s something indescribably powerful about standing on that start line, surrounded by athletes who have all shown up with grit, courage, and a quiet fire inside them. The energy was electric… the kind that gives you goosebumps before you’ve even taken your first step.
From the moment we hit the water, to riding through some of the most breathtaking coastal scenery, to running it out with the crowd roaring — every second felt alive. The beauty of the Gold Coast showed off in full force, but what stood out even more was the spirit of the people within it.
This one wasn’t just about performance.
It was about connection.
Sharing the course with incredible friends, pushing through the tough moments together, lifting each other when it got hard — that’s the stuff that stays with you long after the finish line.
I won’t lie… there were challenges. A calf strain that could have easily stopped me in my tracks. Moments where things felt uncertain. But sometimes strength isn’t about feeling perfect — it’s about choosing to keep going anyway.
And that finish line… crossing it with a smile, knowing I gave everything I had on the day — that’s a feeling I’ll never forget. I’m so proud of this result, not just for the outcome, but for the resilience it took to get there.
Grateful for the friendships, the support, the atmosphere, and the reminder that we’re capable of so much more than we think.
This is why we do it. 💫
