A very special dance jam class followed by morning tea to celebrate beautiful Jill on her 80th birthday! 🎉

Jill has been part of the Free The Coconut family for many years and continues to inspire us every day with her zest for life and passion for movement.

Her energy is infectious, her smile lights up every room, and yes, she can still pull off her famous party trick: the splits! 🤸🏼‍♀️

REFORMER FLOW✨
Reformer flow is our signature reformer class and is beginner and pre and post natal friendly. This class is designed to make you feel balanced and well rounded, flowing seamlessly from movement to movement. It strikes the perfect balance between hot and heavy and slow and stretchy. Expect lots of layers, giving you the option to dial the intensity up or down.
This class is your daily dose of goodness!

REFORMER ENERGISE⚡️
Energise is everything we love about flow but with an extra hit of spice that will elevate your heart rate and energise your body and mind. This class will get the endorphins flowing, enhance your stamina and push your limits. Expect to sweat, shake and feel muscles you didn’t know existed in this spicy class. This class is not beginner or pre or post natal friendly.
This class is your daily dose of strength!
