🩵 MEMBER OF THE MONTH🩵

Leanne Campbell has been showing amazing consistency and commitment to her training! Each week she challenges herself by absolutely smashing CrossFit and Conditioning classes alike.

She has stepped outside her comfort zone and has completely embraced heavier barbell power lifts and olympic lifts recently which has seen her strength sky-rocket!

Leanne is the quiet achiever, always showing kindness and consideration to other members. And somehow, even after staying awake for 24 hours and cheering on her team, continues smiling throughout every workout- start to finish.

Keep up the great work Lea 🩵

Looking forward to June! This month, we focus on pushing the gas pedal.

Expect high-power, short-duration efforts that will challenge athletes to keep the gas pedal down.

With Murph complete, it’s time to transition from longer conditioning efforts to hard, high-power output workouts.

We will coach you to find loads and skill levels that allow you to feel the intended stimulus of each workout while maintaining high intensity.

Look forward to interval workouts that allow you to work hard and then recover in order to repeat that high-level effort.
