What would happen if we erased the idea of working out for a desired appearance & focused on the way our body feels from working out???
I see instant gratification, consistency,
better motivation, attainable micro goals that build to bigger goals, balance, happy emotional state, & a regime that becomes a lifestyle for the way we move during our lives and not just for the now but for the long haul.

When the focus is on the feeling of how we want to be able to move the real benefits WILL follow!
We WILL get stronger
We WILL get fitter
We WILL become more mobile
Our APPEARANCE will change
Our mental health WILL improve
When the mindset is in the right place.

Ask yourself, is my goal sustainable for a healthy life and not just a healthy moment in life?

Hello lovely tribe!!!!
We have had an awesomely busy time in the UK & Europe and getting ready to start our journey back to Aus 🙂

We have had some big issues with flight centre and I’m unsure if I I’ll be getting on my original return flight so just incase I need to rebook another flight tomorrow (which I think will be the case) classes will be resuming Monday 22nd August to give me a couple days grace.

Sorry for the inconvenience gang! I know we are hanging to move as am I and we will be back working that core next week for sure!!!
