💦💪🏽💦 AQUACAMP77 ANNOUNCEMENT 💦💪🏽💦

Well.… After a lot of thought and consideration , I’ve made the difficult decision to pause Aquacamp77 for the rest of 2026.

I’ve got an operation coming up and need to give myself some proper recovery time , so no, I’m not going to try and be a hero, jumping back in before I’m ready!

Please don’t worry, I’m okay ❤️

I’m just putting myself first for a little while and allowing my body the time it needs to heal.

I know some of you will be disappointed… and I’m expecting a few “BUT MIRIAM!” messages! This isn’t goodbye , it’s me taking care of me.

I’ll be back when I’m ready to get those logs, tyres and medicine balls moving again in 2027.

Until then, keep moving, keep smiling and don’t get too comfortable without me 😂

I will continue to post whilst I’m absent and I’ll see you in 2027🎉

I am pretty sure there is no other water workouts with logs in the pool. That is just one reason you are splashing with the most unique poolside workout there is. Aquacamp77 is your one & only bootcamp in water, challenging your fitness with the most fun sessions of all.

Don’t be afraid to give it a go. Work at your own pace to smash out the reps, sets and drills I give you. Just remember, you get out of it, what you put into it 💦💪🏽💦

The bells were out in full force tonight to ramp up the resistance poolside. This is our version of boxing in water and I know it’s a favourite for lots of clients.

Question. How many of you have completed a PAQ and still haven’t booked your first session.

These two brave women completed the form and booked 24hrs later in winter. No excuses here just determined to give it a go and make a splash. I am impressed!
