Our level 5 and 6 all stars are working hard leading up to their first competition.

Today they were working on leaps through various drills focusing on flexibility, leg tension and power.

We're already taking bookings for December, so if your child has a birthday between now and the end of the year, it's best to book it in now.

Parties can be themed, it won't get washed out by the rain, and the best part - no mess at your place! Parties can also be booked for other milestones and celebrations - not just birthdays.

This Saturday, BK's Gosford held their annual club carnival! The day was a success with gymnasts of all ages showing off their routines learnt throughout the term. The gymnasts went to the bars, beam, vault and floor, finishing the event with a surprise routine from the coaches. There were smiles all round and we're so proud of everyone for all their hard work and effort on the day.
