Chats with a client last week:
- when some people make a less than great decision, they will search for someone else to blame
- when controversial statements are called it to question, and accountability is called for the response often is it’s not what I said or I don’t remember saying that
- the choice to take a less than great action often seems to be the fault or doing of someone else

Conclusion: there are some people who refuse to take responsibility for their own actions. There are some people who refuse to be held accountable for what comes out of their mouth.
We are all responsible for everything we say and everything we do and, should be be asked to, must all take accountability for our actions and words.

For so long we’ve been under the impression that injury and pain are the same thing. They’re not. For just as long, many have thought that pain automatically means something is “wrong” with the biomechanics of movement and this has to be what’s causing it. It doesn’t. Pain is multi factorial meaning it’s often not just one thing causing or contributing to it. But one thing is known to potentially help - to move your body. Exercise is the most underutilized form of medication we all have access to. If you’re not sure where to start, book a session with your preferred therapist/allied health professional for advices.

I’d forgotten about butterfly migration in Queensland. It’s not often you can get close to these glorious creatures. You’ll find them on the Mangrove Boardwalk, at Wynnum North and the circuit track. PS wear insect repellent 😜
