2 classes for $20! 👏🏼 We have 2 more Mat Pilates classes left at the Kings Community Centre before the centre closes for the Christmas Break.

Often when times get busy the first thing that drops off our prioritises list is OURSELVES! I want to motivate you to stay committed to your health and well-being as we head into the silly season by offering the last 2 classes of the year for $20! (Mmhm! Correct that’s $10 per class!)

Older Adults Class ✨

I’m excited to share I’ll be offering ‘Older Adults’ Matwork Pilates class, specialising in clients who are over the age of 65.

Class is every Tuesday & Wednesday at 9:30am.

I’ve been luckily enough sub-lease a space at the Soul Movement studio. Para Hills, Adelaide. (Thankyou to Soul Movement for having me!)

To book in class - at the moment please DM me or send me a text to reserve a space.
(I will soon have the booking available on the website)

Im looking forward to servicing the older adults in the community and look forward to meeting 7 brand new faces this morning who are booked into class! (A few spaces still available!)

Class is $15, payable eftpos/cash upon arrival.

♥ UPDATE: Class cancelled tonight ♥

♕ Due to Her Majesty the Queens funeral being broadcast, our normal Monday night class at Kings Community Centre has been cancelled.

♕ This is a once-off so that everyone can be at home to watch the broadcast.

≈ Kings Community-based Matwork Pilates classes are officially on SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ≈

That’s the end of Term 2 already!
I wanted to send a HUGE thank-you to those who joined me for a mat class this term at Kings.
We got to meet + mingle with so many new faces this term, which was amazing! Thank-you so much to my regular clients who continue to share the love and spread the word about my classes to friends and family! 🙏🏼🤍 I appreciate you so much!

I hope you have enjoyed class this term, as much as I’ve loved teaching it!

≈ Classes will be back Term 3. Monday 1st of August, 7pm.

(The centre is closed during school holidays. have a 3wks mid-year school holiday break. PLUS the first week of term 3 the school has completely booked the community centre. Meaning we’ll be back week 2 of term 3! 🙌🏼)

In the meantime I’ll be here for some online classes! Keep up-to-date with when they’re on by following my Facebook/Insta.
