Good afternoon everyone.

Last night, an email containing a club newsletter was sent out to everybody that is registered on our PlayHQ system.
If you registered on PlayHQ and didn't receive this email, please check your Junk folder and allow this email address, so you don't miss out on any club information!

In addition to that, for those that didn't receive this email and are enrolled in the Woolworths Blast Program for Season 2023/24, due to unforeseen circumstances we've had to postpone our program until Friday the 27th of October at 5pm. For the inconvenience, we've decided to run the program for an extra month after Christmas at no extra cost.

Some of our little Superstar Woolworths Blast kids got an opportunity to get on at the MCG at Day 1 of the boxing day test. They were on at lunch for 30 minutes and did some activities with their coach.

Thank you to their coach Jason for giving up his time so these superstars could experience a once in a lifetime event.

We hope you all had an amazing day out there and created some wonderful memories 🥰

Woolworths Blast Presentation, Xmas Party and Reverse Draw

Just a few reminders

This weekend 10th December is the Woolworths Blast presentation. Please be there by 6pm.

Woolworths Blast Presentation will kick off at 6:30pm

Santa is making an appearance from 7pm (please provide a gift for all children, labeled with their names and a $10 limit)

A BBQ will begin at 8pm, $10 pp if you haven't purchased a reverse draw ticket.

If you have been given Reverse Draw Tickets to buy or sell.... Please have money and stubs returned to me by Thursday night. If you haven't sold any please return the tickets to me.

There will be a 2 hour window of free beer, Soft drink and $3 spirits on the night with your purchased Reverse Draw Ticket.

If you haven't Purchased a Reverse Draw Ticket, drinks will be at Bar Prices

All Woolworths Blast parents our presentation for kids is the 10th of December starting at 6 pm.
This is where they will receive their medallions for their participation in our Woolworths Blast program.
We also have our Xmas party after our presentation, where Santa will be attending. We ask that you provide a gift no more than $10 with children's name for Santa to hand out.

Following are another two functions for the evening, we will be finishing off with our reverse draw.

There is $2000 up for grabs. Tickets are $50 which includes one meal ticket also. $10 pp for anyone else wanting to eat. We will be putting on a bbq. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE HAVING A BBQ AND ASSORTMENT OF SALADS NOW INSTEAD OF A SPIT

Good evening Woolworths Blast parents. It's great to see so many excited children each week with our program. We would just like to clarify a few things, our program was meant to run till 630pm but out coaches have advised that it's a little too long keeping all the children engaged for that long.

Our sessions will be 5 to 6 pm from this week. Also another thing we need to clarify, as it has been asked, please when bringing your children each week to our program that you stay at our club and not leave your child unattended.

Hi All,
Due to the ground and weather conditions we unfortunately have to postpone tonight's Woolworths Blast.

We apologise as this has happened and are in the process of creating an indoor programme with Cricket Victoria so we can continue on rain hail or shine....

Looking forward to seeing our Superstars back in action next week

Hi mums and dads.
Our coffee machine supplied by Pick ya Coffee is up and running, in need of a caffeine fix or a hot chocolate while the little superstars are in session, come to the Canteen and see Mel to help you out.

All profitsof this machine go back into Junior cricket at Wyndhamvale this includes Woolies Blast

Unfortunately due to the state of our grounds, the inclement weather, the Werribee River about to peak which raises the water level in the surrounding wetlands we will have to postpone the first session of Woolworths Blast.

Safety of all participants is paramount and this decision has not been taken lightly to postpone the commencement.

Please to all the new little superstars and their families please stay safe in this rare weather event
