Wudinna Bowling Club

Unfortunately our (EP) results at the Prestige Medley were not that good. Despite all the players putting in a good effort success wasn't to be.
The ladies won 3 of 5 matches and finished 5th in their section.
The men fared less better with 0 wins from their 5 games.
It must be remembered that we played the best of the best from each of the 12 state regions and our local players "Smarty" and "Sue Fish" did our club proud in their efforts in their respective teams.

This brings this season to close.

Despite the above, our club can be extremely proud of this year's results with pennant wins in both the EE Thursday Ladies comp and the Saturday WEP completion. This is probably a first for the club.

We hope all players enjoy a bit of time off as we build to a bigger and better 26/27 season. Recharge and come back with renewed enthusiasm for next year.

Well it doesn't get much closer than deciding the club pairs championship down to the last end between 2 father and son teams. Congrats to the "Cockies" Peter and Ashlin who outlasted the "Smarties" Leon and Cam.

BELIEVE IT OR NOT

10 shot win by the Saturday side to get both teams in the grand finals at Wudinna this Thursday and Sunday.
Not sure when we last had this happen if ever.
