Our boutique studio offers a supportive space with no more than 8 spots per class, ensuring personalised instruction and genuine connection. Guided by our pillars of Strength • Sculpt • Stretch, we welcome all stages of life — whether you’re new to Pilates, returning to movement, or looking to elevate your practice. Our intimate classes and expert instructors create a truly boutique experience on the Gold Coast. We’re also proud to be the home of Return to Fitness — your 4-week start, designed for those ready to build strength, confidence and consistency in a supportive environment. Alongside group classes in Reformer, Mat, Barre and TRX Fusion, we offer private sessions for 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 clients, as well as dedicated support as an NDIS Provider.
