Very happy day today, OG yvbjj student Deon levelled up with his fourth stripe.

Deon works his arse off on the mat and always looks to be a good team mate to the rest of the crew.

He doesn't sit in his comfort zone, he is constantly looking to improve.

Happy to partner once again with Woori Community House to run a self defense course for local teens.

This time we're going to concentrate on some simple physical techniques to help keep you safe.

Coach Peter brings over 30yrs of martial arts experience to bring you some simple, effective techniques to use, along with situational awareness and no bs discussion on the reality of violent confrontation.
