Not really. The facial tension you make during a heavy set is temporary and isnā€™t considered a major cause of permanent wrinkles.

Wrinkles are influenced far more by UV exposure, ageing, genetics, smoking and repeated facial expressions over many years.

So donā€™t sacrifice a good set because youā€™re worried about your forehead (maybe get that hairline fixed tho)
