It was great to catch up with Laura and Sarah this morning from Nambour & Districts Netball Association to discuss their needs regarding court upgrades to ensure adequate facilities for our local kids sport. Team sport for kids is an excellent way to develop social skills and confidence and will always have my support. Thanks ladies for the volunteer work you do.

Sunshine Coast Lightning is celebrating its newest partnership with Ken Mills Toyota Maroochydore and would love some young netballers to come along. Lightning players, Liz Watson, Courtney Bruce and Ava Black will be at Ken Mills Toyota Maroochydore on Thursday 2nd of May from 7.30am. There will be free coffees and an opportunity to win an amazing Lightning experience at this weekend's home game against the Melbourne Mavericks.
