I love my morning walk to work - especially while the weather is still cool.

I get to work feeling awake and energised to give my best. My legs gain tone and strength, I get a healthly dose of low UV sunlight and I'm contributing to my overall health and wellbeing.

It's such a habit now that i feel odd when I am unable to walk in.

Always exciting when it's delivery day. I got some new items to try and two of my fav protein powders.

Activated buckinis - crunchy buckwheat to add to smoothie bowls or porridge.

Oat free porridge - I keep trying oats but I just can't digest them. Small amounts is ok but not a big bowl. This type by is similar.

Protein powder: Vanilla (kinda tastes like maple) & choc hazelnut (so good mixed into coconut yoghurt) from

All gluten free. All organic. All plant based.
I'm not strictly this but i do feel 10x better when I favour this most of the time.

Tumeric Latte as winter warmer and to boost your health.

We are blessed to have all this wonderful produce on hand that can help prevent illness and disease.

Turmeric is a potent anti-inflammatory making it a great preventative lifestyle medicine. It can help us fight against aging.

Simple to make at home
Makes 3 cups
2 tbsp fresh tumeric grated
1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch pf black pepper
Simmer on the stove for 3-5 mins

~Choices~
Add sweetner of choice
Add milk while it's on the stove top and serve
Add coconut oil and whisk until fluffy
Go hard and add them all!
Also tastes great chilled too.

I am absolutely loving my new house and space. πŸ’•

I've said this before and I'll say it again because I feel so strongly about it. Our environment can really impact our state of mind and energy.

Environnment also includes
your job
your network (friends & family)
the language around you
the food you eat
the media you consume... basically everything in YOUR life.

So... CAN you change aspects of your life to improve your wellbeing? - You can be selfish here. It's YOUR life and you deserve to feel great and be happy. πŸ˜„

Please never lose your ability to walk!

It's pains me to see people sedentry and often obese. I wish I could quickly build a connection with them and offer my support.

Walking paired with portion control πŸ₯—πŸ³πŸ₯– is the most accessable and simplest way to lose and manage weight.
Avoiding lifestyle related disease risks.

We are blessed to have able limbs and a safe neighbourhood. Get out there and explore it πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ

If you can't walk then you'd have a hard time dancing and that is not a world you want to live in! πŸ’ƒπŸŽ‰
