It's amazing to think this photo was taken 10 weeks ago, on Monday 23 March 2020, only minutes after midday when the gym was closed indefinitely due to CoVID-19.

Initially, it was pretty frightening - I'd been running my PT business in the same gym for 21 years - but these 10 weeks of mobile and online training have been really enjoyable.

And although much of the world is still in lockdown, at midday today Queensland gyms are back in business! Sure, there are restrictions, but I'm pumped to make it work.

A HUGE THANKS TO MY CLIENTS who have kept training with me at parks, in their backyards and online during the gym-closure, and to those clients who are ready and raring to go now the gym is reopening. Let's do this 💪🏼
