After 7 years training with me 4x a week this woman became a machine! At the age of 59, Gayle went from being obese and unhealthy to the fittest person I know! In our journey together we managed to avoid 2 knee replacement and fixed several postural issues. Look at her now smashing a HIIT circuit @ City Gym. Mind you she had just recovered from a flu and she wasn't at her best! Imagine what she can do when she is!!

Box jump is a great exercise for weight loss it blasts calories! The higher and more explosive you jump, the more muscle tissue you activate making it a great addition to your hypertrophy program, it will make your legs super strong and they are super fun!
