Strong Fast Fit Strong Fast Fit offers a range of services from basic membership to 1 on 1 personal training sesssions to help you achieve your Health and fitness goals.

Strong Fast Fit aims to change the way people approach fitness. Head Trainer Chris Thomas has trained in a gym setting for 8 years and has a strong passion for strength sports. Strong Fast Fit offers a number of services including but not limited to:

-Strength training for the athlete. A personalised strength training program will help athletes in every sport increase performance.

-Increasing mu

scle mass
-losing weight
-general fitness and wellbeing

Strong Fast Fit specialises in small groups (2-5 participants) which allows us to reduce the cost to the client while maintaining the highest possible quality of service. We use a smart approach to our client's programs to ensure the highest success rates in them achieving their goals. We also offer a small but growing range of group fitness options, information available on request.

Adrian had a fantastic testing session last night. Squatting 140kg (10kg pb), benching 95 (5kg pb) and deadlifting 190kg (10kg pb). Lost tension in the hole on the squat recovered nicely. Few things to tidy up and some milestone numbers just around the corner! Well done mate

.gym Battle Royale 2026 team recap. A great day with plenty of huge performances.

had the perfect day going 9/9 with a 135kg squat (2.5kg pb), 72.5kg bench press (2.5kg pb) and a massive 167.5kg deadlift (2.5kg pb) for a 375kg (7.5kg pb) total. Sara also walked away with third place 🥉overall in the drug tested women's division.

was back on the platform less than six months after surgery and subsequent time off. The goal here was to pick some solid attempts, have fun and most of all get back to the sport she loves. 8/9 successful attempts and well within striking distance of her best.

had a great day, ticking off his first 200kg competition squat (2.5kg pb), a 135kg bench press (2.5kg pb) and a 212.5kg deadlift for a 547.5kg total (7.5kg pb). A great result and I think there's a few more kgs in the tank on both the squat and deadlift too.

squatted 160kg (5kg pb), bench pressed 90kg (2.5kg pb) and deadlifted the easiest 220kg you'll ever see. Jake missed a 230kg last deadlift with his grip slipping at the very last second, but still achieved a nice total pb. Unreal work from our youngest lifter.

did a great job coming off the back of a challenging prep both in and out of the gym, squatting 192.5kg, benching 117.5kg and deadlifting 235kg. A few kilos behind Jimmy's best but considering his prep and leadup this was an absolutely monster effort and I've got no doubt he is fired up for redemption at the next one.

I say it every time, but I bloody love powerlifting and my job and am always grateful to be a part of this sport and community. Big thanks to .gym for hosting such a great comp.

Great to catch-up with and his team of incredible athletes as well, I'd be lying if I said that wasn't always one of the highlights of going to comps.

Last comp of the year yesterday at .gym and the crew killed it.

went 9/9 with a 115kg squat (5kg pb), 55kg bench (equal pb) and huge 150kg deadlift (5kg pb). This was a 320kg total and earned her second place overall in the women's division🥈

went 8/9 with a 155kg squat , just missing his third on depth, an 87.5kg bench press (2.5kg pb) and a huge 225kg deadlift (5kg pb)

went 7/9 with a 197.5kg squat (5kg pb), 130kg bench and 212.5kg deadlift. Resulting in a 540kg total (5kg pb) and bronze overall men's tested 🥉

7/9, squatting 210kg (equal pb), bench 147.5, deadlift 255kg for a 612.5kg total (2.5kg pb).
Silver overall in the tested men's division 🥈

in just his second comp absolutely crushed it. Squatting 200kg (17kg pb) benching 115kg (equal pb) and deadlifting 235kg (20kg pb) for a huge 550kg total and winning overall first place in the men's tested division 🥇 (imagine winning overall as a 16 year old!)

A massive day, but maybe the teams best results ever. PB's for every lifter. Time for the holiday season before 2026 comps start back up. Big thanks to Will, Mikki and the team at Nexus for running such a fun day and to and all our friends and family who came up to support and help out with the day.

Lotti tested her 1rms for the first time yesterday and absolutely killed it.

competed at his first powerlifting competition yesterday and had the perfect day going 9/9 with this

183kg squat
115kg bench
215kg deadlift
513kg total

Plenty in the tank as well, might mean a mid week max out this week. Flynn first came to me 8 weeks ago after signing up for the comp with no prior coaching and had 160/105/180 as his heaviest training lifts. We will aim for an end of year comp and I'm sure these numbers will all be openers or less by then.

Big thanks to for hosting the comp and also helping me out with some handling and coaching for Flynn on the day (I couldn't travel).

Couple of nice pb's for Jakey to finish off testing tonight. 215kg absolutely flew and 220kg so so close but grip issues on the new Texas bar got him.

15 weeks till Jakey's first sanctioned meet with can't wait .

Zacco having a boogie at the .gym comp at the start of the month. I'm uploading these because I know there's a 100% chance he won't.

Zac got crook the day before comp and we knew he wasn't going to be near his best. But he still turned up and did his best getting some great experience (and a gold medal anyway).

Nationals in August is next for Zac and no doubt he will be out for redemption then.

A few new toys for our members over the last few weeks.

1. A brand new Texas deadlift bar. This is the exact bar we use in most competitions and will be a great benefit for our competing members to train on the gear they compete on (and for coach to learn how to stop tearing his thumbs).

2. Plate loaded seated row
3. Pin loaded leg extension/seated hamstring curl
4. Plate loaded chest press
5. Plate loaded lat pulldown

As Strong Fast Fit goes into its eleventh year I can confidently say the gym is the best it's ever been and there's bigger and better things to come.
