Build confidence. Learn discipline. Earn your first belt 🥋

We're excited to launch a brand-new martial arts program at St Clair Recreation Centre, Kickstart Taekwondo.

Kids aged 6–12 will learn the fundamentals of taekwondo, led by a qualified 4th Dan black belt instructor, while building confidence, discipline and resilience. By the end of the term, every participant works towards their first yellow belt promotion.

YMCA SA App Tip: Sync booking to your phone calendar

🗓️ Log in to Client Portal and navigate to My Bookings and click ‘Add to my calendar’ and copy the calendar URL provided.
🔃 On your phone add a new calendar (find the subscription option) and paste in the URL you copied. Your classes now sync to your calendar.
📱 App reminders can also be configured from within the YMCA SA app.

We are excited to announce that our Youth Athletic Program has officially begun🎉

We now have our Personal Trainers and Exercise Scientists working to develop this Strength and Conditioning program for the young athletes at Woodville High School - starting with their basketball team!

We are looking forwards to seeing this program and its participants progress over the next few years 🏀 🏋️‍♂️ 💪

✨ Meet our lovely Pauline ✨

Since joining our gym in November last year Pauline has been making great progress following her Strength for Life program.
She has been steadily increasing the weight on her exercises as she gets stronger and most notably she has grown muscle and strength in her arms which she says she is now proud to show off to her grandkids! 💪

Keep up the amazing work Pauline 👏🎉
