I sustained a debilitating back injury and lost function and gained weight. Pilates, yoga, gym, fit ball and an amazing massage therapist and my 2 huskies have helped me through my journey to improving everyday function. Training my clients to be balanced and functionally fit to enhance the quality of their life is my goal. We will work on correcting imbalances, posture, technique, nutrition, mi

nd, body and soul for your entire life. Creating positive lifestyle changes so kids through to 50+ adults can achieve ease of movement to participate in everyday life (family time, travel, gardening, sport, shopping, walking the dogs and what ever you choose)

I strive to enable others to achieve optimal function, health and fitness to be able to enjoy life to their fullest. My long term goal is to have an integrated approach to the body to reset your mind body and soul using specialists in each field to assist my clients.
