🌞 SPRING IS HERE!!!! 🌞

September Timetable Notes:

🌞Monday 7th - XTrainer is Boxing
🌞Tuesdays 6pm XTrainer has temporarily moved to 5:30pm start time - reverts to 6pm on the 15th Sept
🌞Wednesday’s Pilates & Relaxation class is back!
🌞Tuesday 15th - 8:15am Cardio & Strength will start at 7:15am
🌞Please enquire with Coordinator before attending “Active Ladies” classes for the first time, for availability

The b.class was born in Canada with an idea to move beyond standard workouts. Designed as a safe space for women to process stress, release emotional blocks, and "just b." through movement.

The b.class has now expanded from a single community class in Canada into an international movement with licensed leaders worldwide, including right here in Woodside!

Come and try The b.class - Join Isabel Wednesday at 6:45pm

For the next two weeks we are offering an end of winter special of $15 for a class and of course, if this is your first Active Fitness class you only pay $5 for your first class.
