⛳️ COURSE UPDATE ⛳️

The wet weather hasn’t stopped our Greens Team! 👏

Another new Geohex pathway has been installed on the 14th hole, extending right up to the edge of the fairway. Once the small concrete section has cured on the 2nd tee,
the team will complete the Geohex pathway leading from the 1st green up to the 2nd tee.

Our volunteer team have also been hard at work upgrading the fence line down the right-hand side of the 5th hole. A big thank you to all those contributing their time and effort to continue improving the course.

Dylan & Rylee are at Windaroo Lakes Golf Course for the 2026 OZWIDE Freight QLD PGA Associate Championship this week!

Both Rylee and Dylan finished the first 2 rounds inside the cut line and will kick off round 3 tomorrow morning. Well done lads!

🏆 Mixed Foursomes Championships 2026 🏆

They started the day in style and finished it with the trophy!

After posting an excellent opening 18-hole score of 79, Stephen and Maggie McAllister managed to hang on over the final 9 holes, sealing victory by just one shot with a clutch par on the last hole.

Adding to the family success, Stephen and Maggie’s daughter also found herself in the winner’s circle, taking out the Nett Championship with Ryan Walk. Congratulations to the entire McAllister family on a memorable day!

We welcomed 78 players to today’s event, an 18% increase on last year’s record field of 66 players – a fantastic sign of the continued growth and popularity of the club!

The brutal westerly wind never let up all day, making scoring incredibly challenging. Congratulations to everyone who took part and battled the tough conditions.

A big thank you to all players, volunteers and staff who helped make the 2026 Mixed Foursomes Championships another great success.

Whilst the rain dampened proceedings on the course over the last few days, the team were busy beautifying the clubhouse entrance. Great to see the improvements taking shape around the club!

Due to the heavy rainfall in the past 24 hours, the driving range will be closed this afternoon.

At this stage carts will be back on and the driving range will reopen tomorrow

After 30mm of rain yesterday and more heavy showers & storms on the way this morning, we will not be allowing carts on the course today. (Thursday 28th May)
