Not all Pilates is the same. Clinical Pilates begins with a comprehensive assessment (typically 2–3 private sessions), during which we examine your movement patterns, identify areas of strength, and pinpoint areas where you’re experiencing challenges.

From there, we build a custom program, utilising everything from the reformer to the trapeze table, that’s tailored to your goals, injuries, and timeline.

It’s the best approach for anyone dealing with pain, post-surgery rehab, or those wanting a tailored pathway.

1:1 sessions $110 for 45 minutes.

10 x 45 min classes - $460
Term Passes from $55 per week.

Our strength classes aren’t a “one size fits all.” Every new client gets a full assessment (think: squats, deadlifts, pressing, and a strength review). From there, you receive a tailored 12-week plan focused on building muscle, power, and confidence, along with targeted exercises for any weak spots.

Strength is for every age and background, classes run next door at Snap Fitness Woodend, and you’ll need a membership there to join in.

Meet The Team: Alison Leong has been a registered Osteopath, completing a Master's of Health Science (Osteopathy) in 2023. She has a focus on tailored exercise rehabilitation and clinical Pilates, with a special interest in musculoskeletal pathologies for a wide demographic, utilising exercise as a means of helping clients manage their symptoms and achieve their goals.

Alongside private practice, Alison teaches first-year university students at RMIT in anatomy and physiology.

Looking for a truly personalised strength plan? Start with a private strength assessment and two individual coaching sessions. You’ll get a 45-minute, one-on-one assessment, plus two tailored sessions to set you up with a 6-week program delivered via our app, including guided videos you can follow at your own pace.

This is the best way to learn correct technique, understand your starting point, and build real confidence before joining a group class.

Group strength classes are also available, as part of either a 10 pack at $460, or as a 2,3 and 4-week Class Term Passes starting at $55 a week. A new program is written every 4 weeks in these classes.

Before I taught Pilates, I was a nurse, so I know how intimidating movement can feel when you’re recovering from injury, illness, or just out of practice. In my classes, it’s about celebrating the small wins: mastering that exercise you thought was impossible, moving without pain, or just enjoying the process again. It’s not just for the super-fit or the super-flexible; reformer Pilates is designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and support mobility, with plenty of options for all levels.

Our classes are capped at 6 so you get guidance and a program you can actually keep up with, whether you’re a beginner or looking to level up.

Meet The Team: Justin O'Donohue - Master's in Strength and Conditioning, Bachelor in Exercise & Sports Science, Dip. Rehabilitation Pilates.

I started Adjust Pilates to offer something I couldn’t find in bigger gyms: truly personal support, evidence-based exercise, and a safe place to build strength, whether you’re dealing with pain, just starting out, or ready to progress your training.

With a background in myotherapy and advanced degrees in sports science and strength, my job is to help you feel confident in your body again. If you’re nervous about trying Pilates or have never set foot in a studio, that’s OK. Every class here is built around real people and real goals.
