Our passionate, experienced teachers don’t just teach little ones to swim, they’re preparing them for a lifelong journey of self-confidence, achievement, physical development, health, resilience, fun and adventure. We’ve been teaching babies as young as three months swimming skills since 1992, with swim schools conveniently located in Woodend (Ipswich) and Springfield (Orion Springfield Central, Ipswich).

Vale Jennifer McMahon ❤️

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Jennifer McMahon on Monday night.

Jennifer, beloved wife of Peter McMahon and mum to Jonathon McMahon, co-founded The Swim Factory Australia with Peter more than 34 years ago. From the very beginning, Jennifer played an integral role in building the foundations of the business and helping shape the Swim Factory community we know today.
For more than two decades, Jennifer dedicated herself to The Swim Factory. She had a genuine care for our customers and their families, took great pride in watching our team grow and develop, and loved seeing the positive impact swimming lessons had on the lives of so many children.

Although Jennifer had stepped away from the day-to-day business many years ago, her influence remains an important part of The Swim Factory and its history. The values of family, care and community that she helped establish continue to be reflected in who we are today.

Our thoughts, love and deepest condolences are with Peter, Jonathon and the entire McMahon family during this incredibly difficult time.

❤️ Rest peacefully, Jennifer. Your legacy will live on and continue to make waves for generations to come.
