🏀 HISTORY MADE – GRAND FINAL BOUND! 🏀

The Rockies men are heading to the 2025 CBL North West Conference Grand Final after a huge win over Melton! This is a first-ever CBL grand final appearance for the Macedon Ranges Basketball Association.

From our very first CBL season in 2021 to now - our 5th season, we are absolutely pumped to be playing in a GRAND FINAL!

A massive shoutout to Coach Mick Ryan, who has been with us from day one, and to all the players who’ve been part of this journey, especially the core group who built this team and its culture from the ground up. You’re the heart of the Rockies. 💚🤍

🏀 ROCKIES MEN TAKE THE WIN 🏀

What a night at the Macedon Ranges Sports Precinct! Our Rockies men stepped up when it mattered most and defeated the Melton Thoroughbreds in an electric semi-final - 111 to 100.

The atmosphere was unreal, and the boys delivered an incredible performance in front of our home crowd! 💚🤍 The win means the Rockies are officially heading to the CBL 2025 GRAND FINAL!

We hit the road again today and head to Melton for Game 2 of a big weekend of basketball!

It’s the final game of the CBL season for our Rockies women!
They’re coming off a night of fantastic basketball where the scoreboard didn’t reflect the heart and effort they brought. Today, they’ll finish the 2025 season strong and on a high! 🧡👏

Another win was added to the board last night for the men after defeating Bendigo! Today’s matchup acts as a practice run against Melton before we face them again in finals. This game will determine whether the Rockies earn a home final or head back to Melton next week. Big game energy! 🖤🏆

🏀 GAME DAY – ROUND 8🏀
This weekend kicks off the last round of CBL 2025 with Game 1 of 2 for the Rockies against the Bendigo Braves at Red Energy Arena and our Rockies are ready to bring the heat! 🔥

After two weeks off, our Rockies women are refreshed, refocused and ready to wrap up their CBL season with a strong and competitive weekend on court.

The men are coming in confident after a solid win over Kyneton last week and are sharpening up as they build momentum toward finals.
